For CAMZYOS, your costs are determined by your prescription coverage such as Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage (a.k.a., Part C), your coverage phase, and your income level. Medicare patients pay, on average, $38 per month. If you have Medicare drug coverage, the maximum out-of-pocket cost is capped at $2,000. Once this amount is reached, you will pay $0 for the rest of the year. The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan also gives you the option to spread your out-of-pocket costs throughout the year. Visit Medicare.gov to learn more about costs for Medicare drug coverage. Please check with your Medicare Insurance Plan for further details.
